Aims and objectives

Phase 1:

  • To identify, classify and existing care planning approaches in older adult care home settings, considering its rationale, components, settings and implementation.
  • Understand the perspectives of the older adult care home sector towards care planning that emphasises care-related quality of life and its implementation.
