Are you passionate about supporting applied research within the NHS through leadership?
We are currently seeking applications from ambitious individuals currently employed by an ARC KSS member organisations to work with the ARC KSS Academy as a Darzi Fellow.
Starting in September 2021, the successful candidate will work with the ARC KSS Academy to empower and stimulate NHS organisations and health and social care professionals to grow research activity and capacity that will help bring about innovative change to the health of the population through evidence-based care and practice.
The Darzi Fellowship, which runs for one year, will be delivered in collaboration with the ARC KSS, London South Bank University (LSBU) and the Fellow’s employing organisation. It aims to develop future clinical leaders by combining work-based experience, working on a Fellowship Challenge, as well as academic study through our bespoke leadership development programme: PGCert Leadership in Health (Darzi). The Darzi Fellows will come from a variety of clinical backgrounds, which allows a multi-professional learning opportunity.
