This study explores how a digital tool—called a transdiagnostic risk calculator—can help predict who might be at risk of developing psychosis. Researchers adapted the tool to work with NHS patient records from different regions, using both structured data and free-text clinical notes. The goal is to identify people at risk earlier, so they can receive timely support and treatment. The study shows that the tool works well across different NHS Trusts, making it a promising step toward more proactive mental health care.
