Professor Sally Kendall, ARC KSS Research Capacity Lead, introduces this year's Researcher's Week, which includes a line-between up of research, learning & development events and presentations aimed primarily at early career researchers, PhD student and independent researchers and has been designed to help bring people together across academia, health and social care.

Throughout the week, there will be a range of activities based around the ARC themes including: research capacity development, co-production, primary care, public health, as well as a particular day on implementation research - which is a key part of the work that the ARC does.

The programme includes  a range of presenters from ARC themes, people who have done their PhDs and Individual Development Awards (IDAs) with the ARC, as well as some external presenters who will be sharing their work and expertise on topics such as diversity, inequality and imposter syndrome.
