Showcasing a tool to measure parenting self-efficacy (TOPSE) webinar Showcase

The National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) Applied Research Collaboration Kent, Surrey and Sussex (ARC KSS) are running a webinar to showcase a tool to measure parenting self-efficacy (TOPSE) on Tuesday 26 March 2024, 2.00-3.30pm.

Hosted by Professor Sally Kendall, Professor of Community Nursing and Public Health, Centre for Health Services Studies at University of Kent.  Sally will be sharing the toolkit and its' impact along with the accessible antenatal version, which has also been created with Dr Anna Cox from the University of Surrey and co-designed with parents with learning disabilities, led by Scott Watkins.

In the UK TOPSE is regularly used by parenting support organisations, Local Authorities, NHS, and third sector organisations and researchers to evaluate parenting support that aims to build parental confidence and self-efficacy through many types of programmes. TOPSE is also widely used internationally by researchers, students and parenting practitioners.
