If you would like to observe a Board Meeting please contact us at: publicinvolvementARCKSS@spft.nhs.uk, three days before the meeting with the information requested below.
For the next Board meeting on Wednesday 4 October 2023 you will need to email us the information below by 5pm on Friday 29th September 2023 at the very latest, so there is time to discuss any accessibility needs, send you the meeting papers and virtual meeting link and allocate any relevant questions to the appropriate Board member. Please note:
- this virtual meeting link cannot be shared with anyone else. If someone you know wishes to observe the meeting please encourage them to contact us on the email above.
- to avoid delay when you are accessing the virtual meeting room (via the waiting room) you will need to ensure you can be properly identified by your registered name. If the meeting organiser cannot identify you, you will not be admitted.
- if there is not the virtual capacity for you to observe a Board meeting on a date of your choice, you will be given the next available date.
