The Mental Health Innovation and Implementation theme will present their new James Lind Alliance Priority Setting Partnership (JLA-PSP) to identify the most important unanswered questions relating to adolescent and young adult (aged 16-35) severe mental ill-health in secondary care settings.

The JLA-PSP will be governed by a Steering Group made up of professionals working in or alongside secondary care services, clinical academic researchers, people with lived experience of severe mental ill-health, and carers/family members. This event will present the James Lind Alliance priority setting methodology and the final protocol for this JLA-PSP. The PSP will continue until April 2027 and will involve consultation with people and communities to identify stakeholders’ top 10 priorities for research.

Identifying the top 10 research priorities for individuals and communities across KSS will help guide the Mental Health theme’s research activity during this next phase of ARC KSS.
