Victoria Hare, MA

Victoria's role at ARC KSS is to ensure the smooth running of the operations side of ARC KSS including host Trust liaison, interface with national NIHR ARC leads,oversight of contracting and finance, governance, public involvement and communications/dissemination.  She has a background in research management within NHS Trusts and service delivery/programme management of local and regional service development within primary care (long term conditions, children's services, carer services), local authority (public health, substance misuse and youth services), and Health Education England (dementia education and training).  Victoria has previously worked clinically in rural USA delivering community and school-based children's mental health and wellbeing services.

Victoria was conferred with the NHS Leadership Academy's Senior Leadership Rosalind Franklin Award in 2023 and also holds an MA Mental Health and a BA (Hons) International Business.  She is a 500 hour registered yoga teacher.
