Saba completed a BSc in Computing Studies at South Bank University, but decided to change discipline that led her to become a Physical Activity Champion at Active Surrey and a ‘We Can Be Active Champion’ at Energise Me. She is a Pilates instructor and an Otago Falls prevention coach, which has given her the experience needed to fulfil her duties as the director of Strategic Health and Wellbeing Services CIC.
Saba has spent years motivating and facilitating both the elderly and ethnically diverse communities to become physically active and improve their wellbeing. Her efforts to promote a healthy lifestyle resulted in being awarded the Community Champion of the Year award at the Surrey Heath Borough Council Sports Awards Ceremony 2023.
Saba hopes to bring her experience and expertise to the ARC and hopes her contribution as Public Theme Advisor helps improve our communities’ health.

Please bear with us while we work behind the scenes to make these improvements. We thank you for your patience.
