Implementation Manager, Social Care

Rebecca Sharp

Rebecca is the Implementation Manager for Social Care and has a long background in programme management, implementation and senior operational management within public and private sector, as well as voluntary and not for profit organisations.

She is passionate about collaboration and integration, bringing partners and stakeholders together to build research capacity, develop and implement new and sustainable models of care and service improvement.

A strong advocate for working with patients and service users, Rebecca is looking forward to working with our people and communities across Kent, Surrey & Sussex to ensure they are at the heart of ARC activity, helping to shape services for better health and care outcomes.
