Karin Webb

Karin is a former carer for her Mum who had vascular dementia after a haemorrhagic stroke and, after she passed away in 2017, became involved in dementia research working as a coordinator, running groups for people living with dementia, for over three years. Through her and her Mum's personal experiences, she wanted to help shape future research in dementia which in turn has led her to become a Public Advisor for the Living well with Dementia theme.

Karin enjoys travel, photography, reading and walking by the sea amongst many other interests.
