Deborah Farmer

Business Team Manager

Deborah Farmer

Deborah supports the ARC KSS Programme Manager by managing the day to day ARC KSS Business functions in the core ARC Operations team, including Governance, Finance and Contracting.

Deborah has a management and leadership qualification via the Mary Seacole Leadership Programme and is a Prince 2 Practitioner.  She holds an honours degree in Social Science and has an interest in Psychology and Counselling, for which she has undertaken some further accredited studies.

Deborah previously worked for Kent & Medway NHS Partnership Trust, in Mental Health for Learning Disability. Prior to this she worked for 10 years for Health Education England.
