Debbie Hayward

ARC KSS Academy Facilitator

Debbie Hayward

Debbie joined ARC KSS in April 2020 as a Research Administrator and in February 2021 moved to the role of Academy Facilitator.  Her role is to support Professor Sally Kendall, ARC Academic Career Development Lead with the activities and events that aims to build research capacity across the region. 

Debbie has worked at the University of Kent for six years in different roles including: PA to Head of School of Politics and International Relations and Administrator in the Unit for the Enhancement of Learning and Teaching.

Prior to this, Debbie worked in various administration and finance roles within the education environment at Kent County Council.
