We’re updating our website

We are currently updating the ARC KSS website to reflect our new funding and the changes it brings to our programme of work.  These changes will take place over the course of the next few months.

Debbie Hayward

Debbie joined ARC KSS in April 2020 in the role of Research Co-ordinator before moving onto supporting the ARC KSS Academy as the Facilitator.  In February 2025, Debbie became a Research Manager and has responsibility as the Team Lead to the Research Co-ordinators based at the University of Kent.  Her role also involves budget management oversight at Kent.

Debbie has worked at the University of Kent for ten years in different roles including: PA to Head of School of Politics and International Relations and Administrator in the Unit for the Enhancement of Learning and Teaching.  Debbie is also a Project Manager working on a NIHR funded project in the Centre for Health Services Studies.  Prior to this, Debbie worked in various administration and finance roles within the education environment at Kent County Council.
