Homecare Community of Experience

The Applied Research Collaboration Kent, Surrey and Sussex (ARC KSS) and the Academic Health Science Network (KSS AHSN) are pleased to be hosting the next Kent Surrey Sussex Homecare Community of Experience.  The event will be held virtually on zoom on Monday 27 March from 12:00pm to 1:30pm, and places are available through Eventbrite here.

This event continues to bring together people interested in developing and improving the provision of homecare services through research and innovation, to improve outcomes for both those receiving and those providing homecare.

The theme for this next event is to introduce a research study looking at the costs and benefits of homecare.  This study is being led by researchers from the University of Kent, one of the leading social care research groups in the UK.  The initial phase is to work with the sector to first understand how the study should be arranged.  The research team are keen to understand what data and information is needed, and what is currently available; but also where there are gaps and how the sector can be supported to participate and collect data.
