Stroke Early Career Researcher (ECR) Event

Do you have a research idea but don’t know how to take it forward? Do you want to develop your contacts in Stroke research?

“Start thinking wellness, not illness” – Kate Allatt, Stroke Survivor

This event is hosted by Medway Community Healthcare and supported by regional NIHR organisations: ARC KSS, RDS SE and KSS CRN. We invite Early Careers Researchers and professionals interested in Stroke research from any background across Kent, Surrey and Sussex to come together, network and share research ideas to benefit local people. The online session will include guest speakers, time to network and share research ideas and get support on how to take your ideas forward. This is the first part of a programme of activities funded by KSS CRN to develop emerging Stroke researchers in our Region. Other opportunities available in the next 6-9 months include a bespoke training series to develop your research question/design, a grant writing workshop and back fill for a small number of ECR’s to write an application for research funding. Attend this networking event to find out more.

To register please complete the downloaded Stroke ECR registration Form and email it to arckssacademy@kent.ac.uk
